This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:
It is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to:
i) Admit the writ application.
ii) Call for the record.
iii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, direction/directions directing the opposite parties more particularly the Opposite Party Nos. 1 & 2 to count the service of the Petitioners from the date of the other candidates got engagement as per the final selection list under Annexure-2 and further direct the opp.parties to regularize the service of the petitioners on completion of 6 years of service as Hindi Teachers within a reasonable time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble

iv) And/or pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice."

It is submitted that although a representation was filed by the Petitioners on 26.11.2021, till date no decision has been taken by Opposite Party No.3 on the said representation. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation within a stipulated period of time.

Learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education department submits that he has no objection if any direction is issued to Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation of the Petitioners within a stipulated time in accordance with .law. 6.
In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioners under Annexure-9, if such representation is still pending within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

It is needless to mention here that the Opposite Party No.3 shall consider the representation of the Petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioners within 10 days thereafter. 8.
It is made clear that this Court has expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.
