The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to include the petitioner-Institute in the list of approved institutes maintained by D.T.E. & JEE for the purpose of taking admission of students in the 2nd shift for the academic session 2013-14 onwards.

Since the academic Sessions 2013-14 has already expired in the meantime, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. Accordingly the same is disposed of as infructuous. Alok/Puspa (DR. B.R. SARANGI) JUDGE (SAVITRI RATHO) JUDGE
