Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.K. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the State Information Commissioner.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that her Second Appeal being No.1438 of 2018 is pending since 2018. Hence, she has come to this Court seeking a direction to the State Information Commissioner to dispose of the aforesaid Second Appeal within a stipulated time and supply the information.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court hope and trust that the State Information Commissioner, if the appeal is in order, shall dispose of the aforesaid Second Appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of.
