The petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2021 in connection with Jharsuguda Sadar P.S. Case No.214 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.2803 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/408 of IPC. 3.
Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that out of two sureties for such amount as may be determined by the Court below one must belong to the District of Jharsuguda. Further the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) and he shall not leave the territorial jurisdiction of the Court without obtaining leave.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
