Though there is defect in incorporation of documents to strengthen the argument of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, considering the request for withdrawal of the CMP with liberty to file better petition, this Court permits for withdrawal of the CMP however with liberty to file better Petition provided there is any cause of action surviving.
