1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. As per the compliance report filed by the Opposite Party No. 3- District Education Officer, Ganjam, it is stated that the suspension period of the petitioner from 16.09.1994 to 20.03.1997 has been regularized and the arrear salary amounting to Rs. 1,10,018/- has been duly credited to the SBI A/C No. 11349836800 on 23.03.2022. Accordingly, one aspect of the petitioner's grievance has been redressed by the authority.

4. However, Para-8 of the same affidavit also reflects that the revised pension in favour of the petitioner was made on 08.04.2022 for which a letter has been issued by the

It is stated that the DEO, Ganjam has taken all possible steps for forwarding the pension papers of the petitioner bearing GPF A/C No. EDNO.27312 for release of final pension, CVP and DCRG in favour of the petitioner by addressing a letter bearing No. 5814 dated 08.04.2022 to the Accountant General, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

5. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is dropped. Accordingly, this CONTC is disposed of. (Dr. S.K. Panigrahi) Judge SD
