Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is not only completion of pleading involving C.S. No.646/2016 but there is even commencement of trial already.

Keeping in view the above development involving C.S. No.646/2016, the Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), Chandikhole is directed to attend the finality of the civil proceeding at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order. The Petitioner is restrained from seeking any unnecessary adjournment. 3.

The CMP stands disposed of accordingly.
