The aforementioned Interlocutory Application has been filed for seeking recalling of the order dated 28th October, 2022 on the ground that the prayer for restructuring of the loan account would still survive. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and going through the written reply filed on behalf of the Bank clearly demonstrating as to how the applicant/petitioner was not entitled for restructuring, as also noticed in paragraph-5 of the final order, we find no grounds to recall the order.
