1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.
2. A Memo is filed in Court today indicating that the name of the Petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as "Tune Meher" instead of "Tuna Meher". Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for correction of the Petitioner's name. Prayer is allowed. Office is directed to carry out the correction.
3. Heard Mr. J.N.Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Miss S. Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

4. The Petitioner is in custody since 4th December,2021 in connection with Junagarh P.S.
Case No.417/2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.109/2021 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 363/366/354-A/511/34 of I.P.C. read with Section 12 of POCSO Act.
5. Considering the submissions made, the nature of allegations and the fact that investigation into the case appears to have progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.
6. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
7. The BLAPL is disposed of.
8. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798,
