1. The present petition was filed way back in 2016. It was listed only twice on 4th and 19th April, 2016 and has not been listed thereafter. The Petitioner does not appear to have shown any interest in pursuing the matter at all. The petition is listed today in its own turn. Even today, learned counsel for the Petitioner is not prepared to argue the case and seeks an adjournment.

2. The Court does not see any reason why it should continue entertaining such a petition when the Petitioners are clearly not interested in pursuing it.

3. If any cause of action survives, it will be open to the Petitioners to file a fresh comprehensive representation before the authorities

and after following up on such representation, to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
