Since similar question of law and facts are involved in both the cases, they are taken up together through hybrid mode. 2.

Heard.

Issue notice.

Since learned Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the State-Opposite Party No.1 in both the cases, an extra copy of the Criminal Misc. Cases be served on him within three working days hence.

But, notice be sent to the Opposite Party No.2 in both the Criminal Misc. Cases as well as in the interim applications by registered post with A.D. making it returnable within three weeks. Requisites for issuance of notice be filed within a week hence. Accept one set of process fee.

List this case on 24th August, 2022.

Learned counsel for the State is directed to obtain instruction regarding status of the investigation in the Motanga P.S. Case No.61 of 2019 and also cause production of the materials, if any, in the meanwhile.

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioners in respect of F.I.R. in Motanga P.S. Case No.61 of 2019 under Annexure-1 subject to their cooperation with the investigation.
