The petitioner has not surrendered to custody despite expiry of the period of interim bail granted to him by this Court. Though NBW has been issued, the same is yet to be executed.

Considering the above facts, I find no reason to keep the bail application pending, which is therefore rejected. 5.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
