Mr. Pattnaik, learned counsel for the Opposite Party is present.

This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 15th September, 2017 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bolangir in I.A. No. 21 of 2016 (arising out of MAT Case No. 193 of 2013), whereby the Petitioner-Wife has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite PartyHusband towards pendente lite maintenance. 5.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that after issuance of notice and grant of interim protection vide order dated 18th December, 2017, the Petitioner is not at all interested to pursue the matter. Vide order dated 18th December, 2017, this Court while issuing notice in the matter, as an interim measure, directed that operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed till the next date of listing. Subsequently, the matter was

// 2 // listed on several occasions. The matter is being adjourned at the instance of the Petitioner since 25th March, 2022. It, therefore, appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 7.

The interim order dated 18th December, 2017 passed in Misc. Case No. 21008 of 2017 stands vacated.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
