1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the disconnection notice dated 27.01.2022, vide Annexure-1.

3. It appears that the Civil Suit between the parties is sub judice where execution has been stayed. Now the disconnection notice having been given to the Petitioner, he has come to this Court challenging the same.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that since Civil Suit is pending and the Petitioner is a tenant, disconnection notice could not have been given to him during pendency of the said civil suit.

5. Considering the facts and the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merit of such submission of the

// 2 // Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to avail of the alternative remedy challenging such notice of disconnection.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
