Mr. Sourav Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Patra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the file has been misplaced and prays for an adjournment. 3.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 20th May, 2017 (Annexure-6) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada in I.A. No.10 of 2017 (arising out of Execution Case No.11 of 2014 in Mat. Case No.480 of 2011). 4.
