2. Mr. Singh, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department contended that the petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order issued by District Education Officer, Koraput, against which appeal lies.

3. Considering the contentions raised by learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department, if the petitioner files appeal within a period of two weeks from today before the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, who shall consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
