1. The prayer in the present petition by the accused-Petitioner is for quashing order dated 22.7.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge-cum-Sessions Judge, Puri in T.R. Case No.27/2020 arising out of Special G.R. Case No.251/2018 wherein NBW of arrest was issued against the Petitioner.

2. The offences alleged are under Secs.341/323/294/506/34, I.P.C. and Secs.3(1)(r)(s)/3(2)(va) of the SC & ST (POA) Act.

3. The Petitioner was earlier released on interim bail till 15.5.2019 in terms of the direction of this Court dated 7.2.2019 passed in ABLAPL No.6400/2018. The said interim bail was not extended beyond 15.5.2019 and due to non-appearance of the Petitioner, the learned trial court issued NBW of arrest on 22.7.2019.

4. Keeping such facts in view, I do not see any merit in the application and the CRLMC is dismissed.
