Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State..

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Chandrasekharpur P.S. Case No.526 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.6515 of 2019 pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that he will not indulge himself in commission of similar type of offences; will not come in contact with the informant; and will not threaten or terrorize the informant directly or indirectly.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
