Heard Mr.Biswaranjan Maharatha, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This is an application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner-Himansu Kausalya in connection with K.Singhpur P.S. Case No.201 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.874 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Rayagada for commission of offences punishable under Sections 457/376/506/34 of IPC.

The bail application of the petitioner has been rejected on 22.01.2021 by the learned Sessions Judge, Rayagada in BLAPL No.2 of 2021.

Mr.B.Maharatha, learned counsel submits that he does not want to press this CRLMC as it has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as, the trial has ended in the meanwhile. To that effect, a memo has been filed. The same be kept on record. Considering the submissions made and in view of the memo filed, the BLAPL is dismissed, as not pressed. ...........................
