This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Deogarh P.S. Case No. 17 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh for alleged commission of offences under sections 420, 406, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. This matter was taken up on 19.03.2021 on which date the interim protection was granted to the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State was asked to produce the case diary. Thereafter

// 2 // also the matter was taken up on 23.04.2021. Today learned counsel for the State submitted that he has not received the case diary.

In view of the available material on record and after going through the first information report and since the learned counsel for the State is unable to produce the case diary, the interim order dated 19.03.2022 is made absolute.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
