Petitioner has grievance in the matter of obstruction to his residence. It appears, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner along with some other persons have already raised their objection vide Annexure-4, which is claimed to be pending before the Tahasildar, Soro-Opposite Party No.4.

Considering the allegation made in this writ petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Soro-Opposite Party No.4 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the matter by completing the entire exercise within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. It is further directed that in the event there is obstruction to the egress and ingress of the Petitioner, status quo as on today in respect of the disputed property in question shall be maintained by the parties till a decision is taken in the matter by the Tahasildar, Soro.
