The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the Letter No. TS/Land/LL-1(10)/09 dated 2nd January, 2018 (Annexure-1) issued by the Rourkela Steel Plant, whereby the Assistant Manager (TS)L & CA of Rourkela Steel Plant requested the Petitioner to remove the irregularities stated in the said letter within fifteen days from the date of issue of the said letter failing which, action as deemed fit including the withdrawal of power supply to the sub-lease premises shall be taken. He further prays for a direction for restoration of power supply and to execute a registered tripartite agreement. 4.

Although Office note indicates that a memo for withdrawal of the writ petition has been filed (at Flag-N), but the same is not available on record.
