Learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that the Petitioner has met with an accident. Therefore, he has not recovered from his fractured injury and is unable to comply with the order passed by this Court. Hence, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition with better particulars as and when he recovered from his illness. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
