1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging his order of reversion from the post of Principal In-charge to the post of Lecturer in Bantala Degree College.

3. The petitioner was continuing as Principal In-charge w.e.f. 17.02.2011 in the said College. While continuing as such, there was an allegation against the petitioner with regard to misappropriation of Government funds and an enquiry was made against the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the enquiry is pending since 2021 and a direction may be given to complete the same within a stipulated period, which would meet the ends of justice.

5. In view of the above submission, let the enquiry be completed by the authority within a period of three months from the date of presentation of this order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. (S.K. Panigrahi) Judge
