Heard Mr.J.Kamila, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.

Since on instruction Mr.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that as per medical opinion, at present there is no requirement for the husband of the petitioner to undergo surgery and the husband of the petitioner has been advised to undergo physiotherapy treatment (electro therapy) for ten days, Mr.Kamila, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter reserving his right to file fresh petition if necessity so arises in future.

Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of recognizing the above mentioned right. 5.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on
