The Petitioner in this RPFAM seeks to assail the order dated 27th March, 2015 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapada in Criminal Proceeding No.335 of (renumbered as 258 of 2013), whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,000/- to the Opposite Party No.2 till she attains the majority from the date of application, i.e. on 22nd May, 2010.

Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instruction, submits that the Opposite Party No.1 has remarried in the meantime and Opposite Party No.2 is residing with the Petitioner. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of RPFAM submitting that the Petitioner will move an application under Section 127(3) Cr.P.C. and a direction may be issued for early disposal of the same.

In view of the submission made, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Petitioner, if so advised, may file appropriate application before learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapada to vary/cancel the order impugned herein in view of change circumstance.
