ORDER

1. In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Tahasildar, Pattamundai it is stated that encroachment cases have been initiated against the persons named by the Petitioners. The details of all these cases be provided to the Petitioners by the Tahasildar, Pattamundai, who has in the affidavit assured that prompt action would be taken under the OPLE Act for evicting the encroachers.

2. A direction is issued to the Tahasildar to conclude the encroachment cases in accordance with law not later than 4th July, 2022 after hearing the parties. The Petitioners are permitted to appear before the Tahasildar, Pattamundai and make submissions and also obtain details of the encroachment cases initiated. For this purpose, the Petitioners will appear with the downloaded copy of this order before the Tahasildar, Pattamundai on 18th April, 2022.

3. The writ petition disposed of in the above terms.
