1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has produced before the Order No.
Court a copy of the statement of Opposite Party No.3 stating that she has now married to the Petitioner No.1 out of her own will and she is living happily. The said statement has been perused by learned counsel for the State and has been confirmed to be true.
2. The said statement is taken on record. In that view of the matter, G.R. Case No.1145 of 2014 arising out of B.N. Pur P.S. Case No.184 of 2014 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Berhampur and all consequential proceedings thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is disposed of.
3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
