2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2022 in connection with Balimi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2022 corresponding to G.R.. Case NO. 05 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Hinidol for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/379/407/467/468/120(B)/201/34 of IPC.

4. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record and the fact that the similarly placed co-accused person, namely, Raju@Tofan Parida has already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No.755 of 2022, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition

that he shall personally appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

5. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
