1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

It is submitted by Mr. B.R.Tripathy that his client, who is now a major and a daily wage earner, is ready and willing to provide necessary maintenance for the child born to the victim out of the relationship between them. He further submits that his client is also ready and willing to marry the victim as soon as she attains the age of majority. Till such time, he is ready to provide monetary relief for maintenance of the child.
3. Considering the submissions as above and the fact that the Appellant has not disowned the child rather has come forward to provide for its maintenance, I am inclined to direct release of the Appellant on interim bail for a period of three months. Let
// 2 // the Appellant be released on interim bail for a period of three months from the date of his actual release on such terms and conditions as may be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter in Spl. G.R. Case No.1/2022 including the condition that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.1500/-(Rupees fifteen hundred) every month in the name of the child represented by its grandfather in the local Post Office and furnish proof thereof before the trial court till disposal of the case before the trial Court. Such deposit shall be recurring in nature and without prejudice to the rival contentions.
4. After expiry of the aforesaid period of three months, the Appellant shall surrender before the trial Court, failing which appropriate warrant may be issued for his production
5. A copy of this order be communicated to the victim's family by the court below.
