Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party authorities on priority basis to consider their appointment in view of valuable services rendered during COVID-19 and its resurgence and allow them to continue as contractual employees and conversion of their services as contractual employees under the Health and Family Welfare Department, Govt. of Odisha in the respective Hospitals and Health Institution till regularization of services and direct the State Government to take immediate necessary steps and make special provision for their absorption and accommodate them under special provisions/scheme in view of Policy decision/guidelines or to allow them to continue their previous contractual services. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-15 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-13 series and 14 series. 5.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioners, this

Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure15 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration Annexures-13 series and 14 series within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
