This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter alia with a prayer to correct the "error" present in her Board Certificate and Mark-sheet issued by the opposite parties 1 and 2 (Central Board of Secondary Education) and opposite parties 3 and 4 (Council of Higher Secondary Education).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a better petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
