This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The criminal revision petition has been filed under Section 401 of the Cr.P.C challenging the order dated 06.11.2019 delivered in TR Case No.14/18 of 2015/2013, rejecting the petition filed under Section 239 of Cr.P.C, pressing for discharge at that stage. 3.

By means of this application, the petitioner urges for converting the said application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. 5.

Mr. S. Das, learned Senior Standing Counsel (Vigilance) does not project any objection.

Situated thus, the petition stands converted to a petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. Consequently, nomenclature of the case will change to CRLMC [under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C].

Registry is directed to correct the nomenclature by the authority of this order.
