Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Gop P.S. Case No.02 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.10 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Konark for alleged commission of offence under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

Since the offence alleged is one under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, which is bailable in nature and the F.I.R. is registered against unknown persons, I am not inclined

// 2 // to entertain this anticipatory bail application. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
