This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for extension of the date of surrender of the petitioner in the learned Court below. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the date of surrender of the petitioner as fixed as per order dated 08.02.2022 is extended till 25th April 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that two of the co-accused persons have already been released on bail and therefore, the learned trial Court may be directed to take into account the release of the co-accused persons on bail while considering the

// 2 // application for bail of the petitioner.

In view of such submission, the learned Court below shall take into account the release of the coaccused persons, who are stated to have been released on bail while considering the bail application of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid modification, the rest part of the order dated 08.02.2022 remains unaltered. It is made clear that no further extension of date of surrender shall be granted.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
