The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to correct the area of the land in respect of Plot No.172 under Khata No.115 situated in Mouza Chheli Bahal under Boudh Tahasil in the district of Boudh.

In course of hearing, Mr. Samanta, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy for correction of R.O.R. under Annexure-1 by filing revision under Section 15(b) of the Odisha Survey and Settlement Act, 1958.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
