1. In the present writ petition, an additional affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.6- Indian Farmers Fertilizer Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO), stating that of the land, acquired for on behalf of IDCO and handed over to IFFCO. 25 acres of land has
been left for the villagers, notwithstanding, that the compensation was already paid for it.
2. The consequential steps of correcting the revenue record to reflect the possession of the villagers of the 25 acres of land will be taken by the Collector. Necessary application be made in that behalf jointly by IFFCO and the villagers.
3. With the main grievance of the Petitioners having been satisfied, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the W.P.(C) No.10436 of 2011 is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. As far as these three writ petitions are concerned, in view of the above development, the question of directing any land to be released back to the Petitioners in terms of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, does not arise at this stage, particularly, since the 2013 Act has now been enacted.
