This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 11th May, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that while disposing of the writ petition vide order dated 11th May, 2022, incorrect Plot numbers have been stated in para-2 of the said order inadvertently. It is his submission that the Petitioner has given the details of the land schedule at page-2 of the Willnama annexed to the writ petition as Annexure-2, which is also appended as schedule to the IA.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner and perusal of Annexure-2, the Willnama submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner seems to be correct. Therefore, necessary correction be carried out in para-2 of order dated 11th May, 2022 as per schedule of land appended to the IA.

With the modification, as aforesaid, in the order dated 11th May, 2022, the IA is disposed of. Rest part of the said order remains unaltered. On production of certified copy of order dated 11th May, 2022, necessary correction, as aforesaid, be carried out.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order shall be granted on proper application.
