Considering the averments made in the application itself and after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 07.02.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.3478 of 2022 is recalled and fresh order is passed in W.P.(C) No. 3478 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to quash the order dated 30.12.2020 & 01.01.2021 under Annexures-1 & 2 respectively and he further seeks direction to opposite party no.4 to reinstate him on the previous post as Secretary, Uma SCS Ltd. with all previous financial and notational benefits.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-3 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
