This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The sole grievance of the Petitioner in the present writ petition is that although the Authority has approved his appointment, vide letter No.15065, dated 24.10.1997 but no further action has been taken pursuant to the said letter.

Learned counsel for the School and Mass Education Department submits that the Petitioner's grievance has already been worked out by the Authority and the relief sought for in the present writ petition has been redressed. Such fact has been denied by learned counsel for the Petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate Page-1 of 3

// 2 // Authority by filing a fresh representation stating therein his grievance within a period of two weeks from today. In the event representation is filed, the same shall be considered in accordance with law as well as the order dated 24.10.1997 under Annexure-4 and decision thereof be taken by passing a speaking and reasoned order and the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within ten days thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
