None appears for the petitioners at the time of call. Earlier also when the matter was taken up on 11.02.2022, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioners want to quash the advertisement made by Tahasildar, Patratur in Sl. No.1 for Keshpur stone quarry of Suranga Gram Panchayat. 4.

Since none is there to prosecute the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant any further adjournment and also to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. The petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedy before the appropriate authority, if they are so advised.
