Heard Mr. Manas Pati, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Since there is dispute with regard to money claim, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. 4.
With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
