1. Permitting the Petitioner to urge all the pleas raised in the present petition at the appropriate stage before the trial Court, the petition is disposed of.

2. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. It will be open to the parties to apply to the trial Court to conclude the proceedings expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
