Considering the averments made in the I.A., so also the submission advanced on behalf of the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer made in this I.A., more particularly when the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court dated 25.03.2022 in spite of the time extended by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2022 in I.A. No.4657 of 2002.
