2. The Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 22.04.2013 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nuapada in C.T. Case No.20 of 2013 framing the charge under Section 307/34 IPC against him.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order as there is no illegality or infirmity in the same.

5. As it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the trial of the aforesaid case is progressing at a snail's pace, this Court directs the learned Sessions Judge, Nuapada to dispose of C.T. Case No.20 of 2013 within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order.

6. With the aforesaid order, this CRLMC stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
