This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Ranpur P.S. Case No.52 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 66 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ranpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 419/420/ 468/471/120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 9 of the Orissa Conduct of Examinations Act. Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory

Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 Sudhakar Pattajoshi is the Headmaster of Panchanan High School of village-Talakani under Ranpur police station in the district of Nayagarh and petitioner no.2 Dibyaranjan Mohanty was the clerk in the said school and the offences alleged are triable by Magistrate and after hearing the learned counsel for the State and considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, the interim order dated 08.03.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
