This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Banpur P.S. Case No.05 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.05 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Banpur for commission of the alleged offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 294, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal. Perused the first information report annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted but the petitioners have not been charge sheeted.

In view of such submission, since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with this case, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
