This matter is taken up through video conference mode. Order No.

For the nature of relief sought for and for pendency of the application at the instance of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-1 on the selfsame grounds, this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.P.2 to look into the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-1 and pass appropriate orders on the same keeping in view the development through Annexure-2 series and entering into an enquiry that the Petitioner, the Slum-Dweller involved herein is absolutely a landless person in the State so also taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ Petition within a period of four weeks from the date of

// 2 // communication of this order by the Petitioner. In the event the Petitioner is in occupation of the disputed land and not evicted in the meantime, status quo as on today shall be maintained till disposal of such representation. This Court has not expressed any opinion on merit of the case.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
