Upon hearing Mrs.Bhaktisudha Sahoo, learned Amicus Curiae for the Appellant for some time, we feel inclined to call for a report from the Superintendent District Jail, Keonjhar as to the present mental health condition of the Appellant, namely, Dukhabandhu Juanga, in order to properly appreciate the evidence on record and address the submission.
