The present writ appeal is directed against the order dated 14th October 2019 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby Santosh Kumar Swain-Respondent working as a constable was permitted to retain the Govt. quarter (Bhubaneswar) till a new quarter was provided at Bhubaneswar itself, while being posted at 189th Battalion, CRPF, Shantipada, Bolangiri. 3.

Now memo has been filed on behalf of the Appellant that the present appeal has become infructuous as the Respondent has vacated the Govt. quarter on the 4th May 2021. P.T.O.
